Usage
For adult women and girls from 12 years: 1 tablet per day.
Take the tablet with sufficient water, preferably during a meal.
When using other supplements simultaneously, read the instructions for use of the other supplement carefully, as these supplements may contain the same ingredients.
In case of overdose, consult your doctor.
As with any supplement, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using the product.
This food supplement is not suitable for children under 12 years.
