Usage & Dosage

After brushing teeth with Dentaid Xeros toothpaste and rinsing with Dentaid Xeros mouthwash. Apply a pea-sized amount of gel to the tongue with the tip of your finger. Spread the gel with the tongue over the gums, teeth, and the inside of the cheek. Dentaid Xeros gel can be used as often as necessary throughout the day and especially before going to sleep.
