How it works
The active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride causes a narrowing of the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa. This reduces the swelling and clears the nasal passage. This process starts almost immediately after administration and lasts for many hours, which contributes to comfort during colds or hay fever. It is an effective support to keep the natural airway open during periods of congestion.

Ingredients
Per ml 1 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride. Excipients: benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium chloride and purified water.
Use & Dosage
Adults and children from 12 years: 2 to 4 drops in each nostril, 3 times a day. There should be an interval of 8 to 10 hours between 2 administrations. No more than 3 administrations per nostril per day. Blow nose before use, hold head back and apply in each nostril, keep head back for a few minutes, clean the dropper before placing it back in the bottle. The bottle should only be used by 1 person.
