How it works
Xylometazoline hydrochloride is the driving force behind this spray. It works locally in the nose by constricting the blood vessels in the mucous membrane. Ingredients
benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate dihydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate (E339), sodium chloride, levomenthol, cineole, macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate and purified water.
Use & Dosage
The recommended dosage for adults and children aged 12 and over is: 1 spray in each nostril, 3 times a day. There should be an interval of 8 to 10 hours between 2 administrations. No more than 3 administrations per day. Blow the nose before use, hold the head slightly forward and place the sprayer upright in the nostril. Spray and simultaneously inhale through the nose. Do not use for longer than 7 consecutive days without consulting a doctor.

Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients or after recent nasal surgery. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Consult a doctor in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, high blood pressure, heart or vascular diseases, diabetes, thyroid disorders, prostate enlargement or glaucoma. Do not use simultaneously with medicines for depression. Long-term daily use is not recommended. Consult a GP if complaints do not diminish after two weeks or in case of shortness of breath.
