By pouring hot water over the active plant extracts, such as poplar bud, goldenrod, and meadowsweet, the natural substances are released. Poplar bud, Goldenrod, Ash, Meadowsweet, Speedwell, White Dead-nettle, Bean pod, Marshmallow, Parsley seed, Liquorice.

Usage & Dosage

Pour 1/2 litre of boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons. Leave the mixture covered for 15 to 20 minutes and strain if necessary. A teaspoon of herbs can also be added to regular tea.
