Composition per daily dose of 2 teaspoons:
Nettle, Hemp-agrimony, Birch, Speedwell, Horsetail, Wild Pansy, Dead-nettle, Blessed Thistle, Soapwort, Catnip, Hops, Juniper, Liquorice.

Ingredients:

Directions for Use:
Pour 1/2 litre of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herbs.
Leave the mixture covered for 15-20 minutes, then strain if desired.

Alternatively, one teaspoon of herbs can be added to regular tea.
Tip: Adding a little honey provides a pleasant, mild flavour.

Important Information:
Contains liquorice. Individuals with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
