How it works

Wholemeal SPELT flour*, water, SPELT flakes*, rapeseed oil*, yeast, salt, apple vinegar*, BARLEY malt flour*. *from controlled organic farming.

Usage & Dosage

Remove the rolls from the packaging and sprinkle them with a little water. Bake them for 4-6 minutes in a preheated oven at 200-220°C. Let the rolls cool down briefly before consumption.
