Directions for use
Unless otherwise directed by a consultant, therapist, or doctor, the following dosages apply:

• Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking them with meals is a helpful reminder. The drops can also be mixed into food or a drink (for animals, toddlers, or the ill). To preserve, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, fungi may enter the bottle. Avoid doing this.
• Alternatively, add 2 drops of each remedy to a glass of water and drink throughout the day for as long as necessary.
• You can carry the bottle with you during the day.
• At night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on the bedside table.
