Usage & Dosage

Take a peanut-sized amount into your palm, dampen your hands slightly, and distribute the exfoliator over your hands. Then massage in gentle circular motions over your damp face and neck. Remove with a warm, damp cloth or rinse off in the shower. Use 2-3 times per week.
