How it works
Bisolnasal contains tramazoline hydrochloride, a substance from the group of alpha-sympathomimetics. This active ingredient causes the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa to constrict, reducing swelling and restoring nasal patency. The addition of eucalyptol and menthol provides an immediate fresh feeling in the nasal cavities.

Ingredients
benzalkonium chloride, eucalyptol, levomenthol, camphor, citric acid (E330), sodium hydroxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), polyvidone, glycerol, magnesium sulphate (E518), magnesium chloride, calcium chloride (E509), sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium chloride, and purified water.
Use & Dosage
The recommended dosage is one or two sprays in each nostril three or four times a day. A maximum of two sprays in each nostril may be administered six times a day. Use in children from 6 years of age: one or two sprays in each nostril three or four times a day. A maximum of two sprays in each nostril six times a day. Clear nostrils by blowing, head upright, press the dosing bottle and simultaneously inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth; repeat for the other nostril. Do not use for longer than 7 days without consulting a doctor.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use in case of allergy to the ingredients, rhinitis sicca, after brain surgery via the nasal cavity, or in case of narrow-angle glaucoma. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Do not use for longer than 7 days to prevent damage to the mucosa. Consult a doctor in case of cardiovascular diseases, thyroid disorders, diabetes, or use of antidepressants.
