Usage & Dosage
1 tablet per day. Contains 15 mg of zinc: intake should be limited to a few weeks/months. Green tea: Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
