Ingredients
Bromelain, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Cross-linked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).
Directions for use
If used in conjunction with glucosamine or turmeric, take 3 tablets daily (1 between each meal) for one week. Thereafter, as a maintenance dose, take 1 tablet daily for 3-6 months*.
If used in conjunction with a digestive supplement, take 1 tablet before each (larger) meal, up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily*.
