Usage & Dosage

For adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 tablet per day. Take the tablet with sufficient water, preferably during a meal.

If taking other supplements simultaneously, read the instructions for the other supplement carefully, as these supplements may contain the same ingredients. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
