Co-Enzyme B-complex contains active B vitamins. This means that they (already) have the same form as in your body. Your body therefore does not have to convert them first, which makes these B vitamins well-absorbable. Co-Enzyme B-complex is free from synthetic preservatives and synthetic colours, flavours and fragrances.

Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), vitamins, choline bitartrate, inositol, PABA, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, stearic acid), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Usage
The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised.
The maintenance dose is 1 tablet per day. Preferably take during or after a meal.
