Ingredients
Gum base [contains butylhydroxytoluene (E321)], calcium carbonate, sorbitol (E420), anhydrous sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, polacrilex, glycerol (E422), purified water, levomenthol, natural mint flavour, mint millicaps, sucralose, acesulfame K, xylitol (E967), mannitol (E421), gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171), carnauba wax and talc.
Use & Dosage
Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. In general, one piece of gum should be used every hour or every two hours. Normally, 8 to 12 pieces of gum per day are sufficient. If you still feel the urge to smoke, you may chew additional pieces. Do not use more than 24 pieces of the 2 mg gum per day. Chew until a strong taste appears, let the gum rest between cheek and gum until the taste has disappeared and repeat this routine for 30 minutes. Do not take with acidic drinks and keep 1 to 2 hours between intakes. The treatment normally lasts at least 3 months, after which you gradually reduce use.
