Use & Dosage

Chew one piece of gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke. In general, one piece of gum should be used every hour or every two hours. Normally, 8 to 12 pieces of gum per day are sufficient. If you still feel the urge to smoke, you may chew additional pieces of gum. Do not use more than 24 pieces of the 2 mg gum per day.
Do not take with acidic drinks, keep 1 to 2 hours between intakes; chew until a strong taste develops, let it rest between the cheek and gum until the taste disappears, chew again until a strong taste develops, repeat this routine for 30 minutes. Do not use for longer than 6 months without consulting a doctor. Read the package leaflet before use. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage.
