Use & Dosage

Apply a generous amount of the body scrub to damp skin while showering or bathing. Gently massage the scrub in circular motions over the entire body, paying extra attention to dry areas such as elbows and knees. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Use as needed, for example 3 to 4 times per week.
