Use & Dosage

Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon (5 g) in 250 ml of cold water, juice or a shake; for intense exercise, the dosage can be increased to 1 teaspoon (10 g) in 500 ml. Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.
