EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

The beneficial effect for brain function and vision is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. For heart function, a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA is recommended.
