Instructions for use

1. Cover a saucer or plate with a layer of unperfumed cotton wool and dampen it. Squeeze out most of the water by tilting the saucer to create an even surface.
2. Spread one or two teaspoons of seeds over this. Avoid overlapping the seeds as clumps can form. Lightly press the seeds down. Place the saucer at room temperature in sufficient daylight, but away from direct sunlight.
3. Ensure the cotton wool remains moist but not too wet for the remainder of the growing period once the seeds have germinated.
4. Once the growing period has passed, cut the required portion of sprouts as low as possible. The sprouts are now ready for consumption. Enjoy!

The saucer with the remaining portion can be kept at room temperature and consumed over the next few days.
