Composition & ingredients

• Yarrow
• St John's Wort
• Dandelion
• Horsetail
• Nettle
• Liquorice
• Rue
• Ash
• Meadowsweet
• White Dead-nettle

Usage

Pour 1/2 litre of boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of the blend. Leave covered for 15 to 20 minutes and strain if necessary.
A teaspoon of herbs can also be added to regular tea.
Tip: adding a little honey provides a pleasant, mild flavour.
