Yellow flaxseed flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baobab, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates), bamboo fibre.
Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
Baking mix
3 eggs
150 ml sparkling water
1 tbsp oil
Preparation (for 1 loaf):
Mix the eggs, water, and melted oil together with the flour mix in a bowl until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Form a ball with wet hands and place it on baking paper. Score the bread if desired for a good rise. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for 70 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool.
Store the product in a cool, dry place.
