Use & Dosage
Only remove the compress from the box shortly before use. Shake the compress lightly before use to distribute the contents correctly. Press firmly on the indicated areas; the compress will then become ice-cold very quickly. Always slide the compress into the supplied cover or into a cloth to prevent the risk of frostbite. Hold the compress against the painful body part for approx. 20 minutes. The HeltiQ Instant Cold Compress is for single use; throw the compress away immediately after use.
