Ingredients
- Chicory root (Cichorium intybus) 20%
- Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) 20%
- Greater celandine (Chelidonium majus)
- Parsley leaf (Petroselinum crispum)
- Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
- Marshmallow leaf (Althaea officinalis)
- Alder buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula)
Usage
- 1 teaspoon per 150ml hot water. Steep for 10 minutes while covered, then strain.
- You can drink 1 - 2 cups per day, preferably in the evening.
- Not suitable for children under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with gastrointestinal disorders.
- Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days.
