Langelus organic spelt Camusettes uses traditional sourdough and stone-ground spelt flour. This artisanal process ensures that the natural properties of the spelt grain are optimally preserved. Spelt is an ancient grain that naturally contains various nutrients, including fibre and proteins. The addition of natural sourdough gives the bread its characteristic, full flavour and a fine structure. This makes it a valuable and conscious addition to your daily diet, supported by the knowledge of traditional baking art.
