Ingredients:
Bulking agents (Dicalcium phosphate, Microcrystalline cellulose), California Poppy, Anti-caking agents (Colloidal silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Medium-chain triglycerides), Thickener (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Directions:
Take 1 tablet 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime with plenty of water. Preferably take the tablet at a consistent time. After 6 weeks of use, a break of 3 to 5 days is recommended. Not for use by children under 12 years of age. Use by pregnant or lactating women is not recommended.
