White rice flour*, semi-whole rice flour*, cassava starch*, chickpea flour*, raising agent* (maize starch*, monopotassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), Mix'gom* (blond psyllium husk*, acacia gum*), dried and inactive sourdough made from buckwheat* and quinoa* obtained through natural fermentation, sea salt.

Usage
Preparation for one thin 25cm pizza. Ingredients: 120g Mix + 110ml lukewarm water + 1/2 tablespoon olive oil + 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice.
Mix the ingredients in the order listed above. Knead into a supple dough. Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out with a rolling pin. This prevents the dough from sticking to the pin. Before adding toppings, pre-bake for 10 minutes in an oven at 210°C. Then bake for a further 10-15 minutes.
