How it works

Magnesium chloride is a natural form of magnesium that is excellently absorbed by the skin. When the bath salt is dissolved in warm water, the magnesium and chloride ions separate. Usage & Dosage

Dissolve 125g (3 handfuls) in 4 litres of water (foot bath) or 450g (11 handfuls) in 70 litres of water (bath). Recommended water temperature 37°C, duration ±20 minutes.
