Usage
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 2 tablets in the morning and afternoon. Children under 6 years: maximum 2x1 tablet per day. Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth. Do not consume any food or drink 15 minutes before or after intake.

Ashwagandha:
