- Suitable for the daily routine of the whole family, contributing to a long-lasting feeling of freshness and hygiene.
How it works
The Nasofree Nasal Douche works on the basis of a saltwater cleanse, also known as a nasal rinse. By letting a physiological saline solution flow through the nasal cavities under light pressure, pollen, dust, and excess mucus are immediately removed. This process helps to keep the connections to the sinuses open, which is essential for healthy breathing and preventing a feeling of pressure in the head. It is a natural method that supports the self-cleaning function of the nasal mucosa without the use of medication.

Use & Dosage
1. Empty a sachet of nasal rinse salt into the nasal douche and fill it with lukewarm water. The water you use may be boiled, but it does not have to be. Western European tap water is generally clean enough. Shake the nasal douche a little before use. Make sure you have a tissue or piece of kitchen roll to hand to wipe your nose during the nasal rinse. 2. Lean forward slightly and place the nasal douche at an angle (at an angle of approximately 45°) into one of your nostrils. 3. Squeeze the nasal douche gently and, after squeezing, let the nasal rinse salt flow out of your nose. The nasal rinse salt can flow out through the same nostril (in case of a severely blocked nose) or through the other nostril. Both are fine. You can blow your nose lightly if necessary. This will release extra nasal rinse salt and dirt from your nose. Place the tip of the nasal douche in the other nostril and repeat this process until the nasal douche is empty. By squeezing gently, you prevent nasal rinse salt from ending up in your throat. Should this happen, it is not harmful and you can simply spit it out.
