Usage & Dosage

Preparation:
1. Rinse the beans in a sieve and have the water ready.
2. Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil together with spice mix 1 (the small sachet) in a pan. Place this on the heat and heat the mixture. Add the minced meat as soon as you start to smell the spices and brown it.
3. Then add the kidney beans and the water and mix in spice mix 2 (the large sachet) and the tomato purée. Finally, simmer with the lid closed for 5 minutes until cooked. Stir occasionally while doing so.
