Usage
Cornflour is particularly suitable for thickening sauces and soups, for example.
Preparation:
1. Bring the liquid to be thickened to the boil.
2. Mix the required cornflour with a little cold liquid to form a smooth paste.
3. Pour the prepared paste into the boiling liquid while stirring.
4. Allow to simmer gently for a short time.

Store in a cool, dry place.
