usage
from 6 years of age.
children aged 6 to 12: 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times per day.
adults and children aged 12 and over: 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times per day.
the capsules should be taken with a large glass of water 1 hour after lunch and/or dinner.
