organic activated vegetable charcoal, organic apple fibres (Malus domestica), 100% plant-based capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

usage
from 6 years of age.
children aged 6 to 12: 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times per day.
adults and children aged 12 and over: 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times per day.
the capsules should be taken with a large glass of water 1 hour after lunch and/or dinner.

*for children aged 6 to 12 and pregnant women, this should only be taken occasionally, on the advice of a healthcare professional.
