Ingredients: Senna, silver birch, bladderwrack 15%, alder buckthorn, elder 14%, liquorice.
Usage: Place the bag in a cup and pour over boiling water; allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Drink one to three cups daily. May be sweetened.
Contains liquorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. This product is not suitable for children under 12 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with gastrointestinal conditions. Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days.
