How it works
This test works on the basis of an immunochromatographic analysis to detect benzodiazepines in urine. Benzodiazepines are medicines with a calming and anti-anxiety effect that can be addictive with long-term use. The test uses a critical threshold (cut-off) of 300 ng/ml. When the concentration in the urine is above this limit, the test line (T) disappears, which indicates a positive result. Use & Dosage
Prepare the plastic pouch with the test. If the test was stored in the refrigerator, it must be brought to room temperature unopened before use. You need a glass or cup to collect the urine. This must be clean and dry and must not contain any traces of washing-up liquid. Furthermore, you need a stopwatch or a watch. Collecting a urine sample: Ask the person to be tested to provide a urine sample (to urinate into the cup). Performing the test: Take the test cassette and pipette out of the pouch. Place the cassette on a flat surface and take a moment to look at the test cassette calmly. Dip the tip of the pipette into the urine and suck up a little urine up to the line on the pipette. Now drip 3 - 4 drops of urine into the round opening of the test cassette. Start the stopwatch or watch immediately after dripping.
