How it works
Broomhexine hydrochloride is a mucolytic agent that modifies the structure of mucus in the airways. By lowering the viscosity, the mucus becomes thinner and less thick. This process promotes the natural cleansing of the airways. The effect builds up gradually, with the optimal effect being reached after several days of consistent use.
