Use & Dosage
In this package, you will find 2 sizes of Pluggerz earplugs. First, try the large earplug. Grasp the top of your ear and pull it upwards and backwards. Place the ear protector into the ear canal so that it sits comfortably and seals the ear well. Release the ear and press the ear protector in again. If the large earplug is difficult to insert or does not feel comfortable, try the smaller earplug.
