Do not use if
You are hypersensitive to the active ingredient aciclovir, valaciclovir, propylene glycol, or any of the other ingredients in the cream. The excipient propylene glycol can cause skin irritation and the excipient cetyl alcohol can cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).
