Ingredients: Wholemeal spelt WHEAT* (Triticum Spelta)

Usage: We recommend soaking the spelt grain before cooking. The softened grain can then be cooked in soups or porridge. Preparation: rinse the spelt and cook with a closed lid, 1 volume of wholemeal spelt in 2 volumes of water for 45 minutes. Add salt afterwards if desired. When ground into flour, spelt is highly suitable for making bread. To use as a grain, it must first be soaked.
Storage: Store in a dark, dry place at a moderate temperature. This product is packed under a protective atmosphere.
