Composition

Ingredients

ALMOND FLOUR (nuts), flaxseed flour, coconut flour, bamboo fibre, psyllium husk, paleo baking powder, salt.

Use & Dosage

Ingredients:
- 115 ml lukewarm water
- 50 grams olive oil.

Preparation method:
Mix the flour mix with the water and olive oil in a bowl. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of brown baking paper into a nice thin pizza base. Top as desired.

Place the pizza with the brown baking paper on a baking tray.

Bake the pizza for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
