Nicotinell TTS10 is a transdermal patch that acts as an aid to stop smoking. The patch contains a reservoir of nicotine that is absorbed through the skin into the bloodstream. Ingredients
Basic butylated methacrylate copolymer (Eudragit E 100), aluminium-coated polyester film, acrylate-vinyl acetate copolymer (Duro-Tak 387-2516), medium-chain triglycerides (Miglyol 812), paper 26 g/m², siliconised aluminium-coated polyester film, brown ink.
Use & Dosage
Maximum 1 patch per 24 hours. Apply to clean, dry, intact and hairless skin. After application, press the patch for 10-20 seconds. Alternate the location of the patch daily. Wash hands after use. To increase the chance of success, you must stop smoking completely during treatment.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use if you do not smoke or only smoke occasionally, or if you are allergic to nicotine. Remove the patch prior to an MRI procedure. Stop immediately in the event of a severe skin reaction. During pregnancy or breastfeeding: must NOT be used, unless on the strict advice of a doctor. Consult your GP when using specific medicines or in case of heart disease.
