Maintaining an active focus and a strong immune system can sometimes be difficult in the dynamics of everyday life. When you notice that your body needs extra natural support, a conscious choice in your diet is the first step. Peuleschil Organic Radish Seeds offer you a simple and effective way to enrich your meals. By sprouting these organic seeds at home yourself, you can create a crunchy sprout vegetable with a characteristic, spicy flavour in no time, which supports your daily vitality and overall well-being in a responsible way.
Radish seed contains all the essential building blocks that a young plant needs to grow in a concentrated form. By soaking and rinsing with water, the seed awakens from its resting phase. During this germination process, the naturally present nutrients multiply rapidly, making them optimally bioavailable for your body. This makes young radish sprouts an exceptionally rich and active addition to your daily routine.

Organic radish seeds
1. Place one to two tablespoons of seeds in a preserving jar and add plenty of lukewarm/warm water. (Any glass jar is suitable, provided it is large enough (min. 1½ litres) and the neck does not narrow too much).
2. Secure a plastic or fibreglass mesh screen over the jar using a sturdy elastic band. Preferably do not use aluminium mesh.
3. After the indicated soaking time of approximately 6 hours, drain the water, rinse the seeds, and drain the water again.
4. Place the jar upside down at an angle at room temperature in a colander, rack, or container so that excess water can drain away. Distribute the seeds along the length of the jar after each rinse for sufficient air supply. Do not place on the heater or in direct sunlight.
5. Rinse the seeds/sprouts approximately 3 times a day during the cultivation period of approximately 4 days, and always place the jar back upside down at an angle.
6. After the very last rinse, let the sprouts dry-grow at room temperature for at least 18 hours before consuming them or putting them in the fridge.
Store remaining sprouts chilled (max. 7°C) and sealed (not airtight).
Store in a dry, sealed place and in the dark. Ensure good hygiene and sufficient ventilation in the jar during the entire cultivation process to prevent mould formation. Sprout vegetables serve as a supplement to a healthy lifestyle and a varied diet, not as a replacement for them.
