Minerals, vitamins, choline bitartrate, maltodextrin, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), citrus extract, rutin, betaine HCl, PABA, colour (Arthrospira platensis extract (spirulina), riboflavin).

Usage
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
